What fitness level is required?

Each expedition has its own requirements. Alpine and glacier treks require moderate to good fitness with hiking experience. Canoe journeys and wildlife safaris are accessible to those with basic fitness. We provide detailed fitness guidelines upon booking.

What equipment do I need to bring?

We provide all specialized equipment including tents, cooking gear, and safety equipment. You bring personal items: appropriate clothing, hiking boots, personal medications, and items from our provided packing list.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations 60 days or more before departure. 50% refund for 30-59 days. No refund within 30 days, though you may transfer your booking to another person. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Are solo travelers welcome?

Absolutely. Many of our guests travel solo and find our small group format ideal for connecting with like-minded adventurers. Single supplement fees may apply for private accommodation requests.
